Client can still upgrade the ongoing contest or before a winner is selected ( Open Contest and Winner Pending). Follow these steps :
- Log in to your Sribu account and click your contest name.
- At the contest page, click the " Upgrade Contest" button.
- Choose the package or premium feature you want.
For example : You want to upgrade the contest package from Silver to Gold and add the Private feature. All you have to do is click the "Upgrade" button to Gold and Private Contest.
- Confirm the extension by clicking the ‘Upgrade Contest’ button.
- You will see and review your order details and invoice.
- Continue to payment by the available payment methods ie bank transfer, Paypal or credit to complete your order.
