If you break the rules:
1st time: Your design will be deleted by admin
2nd times: Your design will be deleted and your account will be banned for 1 week.
3rd times: Your design will be deleted and your account will be banned for 2 weeks.
4th times: Your design will be deleted and your account will be permanently banned.
